Vertical Scrollbars in Math & Entry Fields Pane in Activity results

In 10.0, the inability to view the entire content/data value for any field displayed on either the "Entry" or "Math" Tab does not require configuration but the capability is provided for the users to view all values in their entirety. The increase in height of each fixed grid in the entry fields for the maximum display in the popup. The restriction in height of the fixed grid/data table, empty fixed grid will also get displayed in the full popup panel to the maximum. If there are no sufficient data rows in the allocated height then the empty space will be displayed within the data table. Please see the screenshot provided below as a example:
